Darrell Chandler
Executive Director
Darrell Chandler brings over of experience in healthcare advocacy and nonprofit leadership. As the founding director of CEIN, He leads our strategic vision and is a passionate advocate for caregiver recognition, support, and empowerment.

Donald Porath
Director of Programs
With a background in nursing and adult education, Donald Porath designs and oversees our caregiver training programs, webinars, and professional development tools.
Focus Areas: Curriculum development, community training, care standards.
Constance McKinney
Community Engagement Manager
Constance McKinney manages our collaborations with local health centers, caregiver coalitions, and advocacy groups. They also coordinate volunteer and member engagement initiatives.
